Korea D3 Pt4 : Yugane Restaurant, Gukje Market, Gwangbokro

After visiting the village, we went back to PIFF Square area to find something to eat.

This is Tteokbokki/Toppeokki (stir-fried spicy rice cakes)

Tteokbokki is made with spicy red chili paste (gochujang), rice cake (duk), fish cake (eomok) and a group of typical seasonings like onion powder, diced garlic and salt.

Careful when eating! The sauce is so THICK and RED!
That rice cake is CHEWY and STICKY!
